Last Call helps restaurants reduce their food waste by uploading fresh, surplus meals to our platform. Given the nature of our business, ingredients are subject to availability, and meals may be different than when ordered at full-price through the restaurant.
However, if you are dissatisfied with your meal, you may request a refund directly with Last Call at email@example.com. Please do not ask for a refund from the restaurant directly.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We will only grant a refund if you request to cancel more than three (3) hours before the pickup window begins. If you fail to claim your meal from the restaurant during the specified pickup window, you are not entitled to a refund.
